Is there a security deposit?
For our 10×20 units, a $100 deposit is required. However, for our contractor suites, a $1000 deposit is required.
Will I have to sign a long-term contract when renting a storage unit?
Our contractor suites come with a minimum 1-year agreement. Meanwhile, our 10×20 units are available for month-to-month rentals.
Does GPM provide a lock?
At GPM, we offer locks upon request for our tenants to secure their rented units. Please remember to return the lock in working order when you depart.
Does the facility have semi truck access?
No, however the following vehicles are permitted: U-Hauls and mid-sized box trucks are permitted at our facility.
When can I move in?
You can move in whenever you’re ready. Please note that availability is limited.
How much notice is necessary before I move out?
We require a 30-day notice before moving out.
How do I make a payment?
You can make payments through our on-site drop box, using a credit card, or via ACH. Alternatively, you can mail your payment to 8110 14th Street W, Rock Island, IL 61201
Is outdoor parking allowed?
Please be advised that outdoor parking is strictly prohibited at GPM facilities. Vehicles parked outdoors overnight may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
